However, there are future plans for enhancing connectivity and infrastructure such as the North-South Corridor; these developmental plans will have a positive impact on surrounding areas’ property appreciation over time. Taking all these into account I would give a score of 6/10.

Sale PSF Price


With an indicative sale PSF range starting from $1,880 and considering that the condo is located in District 26 (OCR), which has an average PSF price of around $1,971 according to the given information; we can say that the project’s pricing is reasonable for District 26 standards compared to other condos in the area with similar facilities but without direct MRT access like this one does.
